Supervision and guidance of teams **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Construction Site Supervisor** to coordinate and oversee the execution of civil construction projects. The professional will be responsible for daily activity planning, team supervision, material control, and deadline compliance, ensuring quality and safety at all stages. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise, guide, and assign tasks to work teams. * Monitor service execution in accordance with project plans, schedules, and quality standards. * Control the entry, exit, and usage of materials at the construction site. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best construction practices. * Assist in project planning and schedule control. * Report progress and requirements to the site engineer/manager. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings. * Leadership, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. * Decision-making capability and team management skills. * Must reside in Petrópolis\-RJ **Work Location:** Petrópolis, Mosela Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 15 months Compensation: R$2\.097,54 \- R$7\.355,21 per month Work Mode: On-site
