Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Site Supervisor** to coordinate and oversee the execution of civil construction site services. The professional will be responsible for daily activity planning, team supervision, material control, and deadline adherence, ensuring quality and safety at all stages. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise, guide, and assign tasks to work teams. * Monitor service execution according to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards. * Control material inflow, outflow, and usage on the construction site. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction best practices. * Assist in project planning and schedule control. * Report progress and requirements to the site engineer/manager. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings. * Leadership, organizational skills, and strong communication ability. * Decision-making capability and team management skills. * Must reside in Petrópolis\-RJ **Work Location:** Petrópolis, Mosela Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 15 months Compensation: R$2\.097,54 \- R$7\.355,21 per month Work Mode: On-site
