Job Summary: A pizzeria is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to prepare, organize, and assemble pizzas, as well as maintain the kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in pizza preparation and assembly 2. Food and utensil organization and sanitation 3. Inventory control and compliance with hygiene regulations The pizzeria seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Três Rios. **Responsibilities:** Assist in dough and filling preparation. Sort and organize ingredients. Assemble pizzas according to orders. Assist with baking (placing into and removing from the oven). Cut and package finished pizzas. Wash and sanitize food and utensils. Keep the kitchen clean and organized. Restock ingredients during operations. Store food properly. Assist with raw material inventory control. Prevent ingredient waste. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Position located in Três Rios / RJ. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Support Staff, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
