Description: What we are looking for: * Skills in gathering functional and non-functional requirements from clients; * Experience working with financial, accounting, or commercial systems or processes; * Knowledge of designing workflows and processes; * Prior experience as an analyst, developer, business analyst, or Product Owner; * Knowledge of software engineering processes and project estimation; * Experience with agile/structured methodologies; * Knowledge of Data Modeling and APIs. You’ll have an advantage if you have: * Experience with Jira/Confluence and related tools; * Experience in projects involving Finance/Accounting/Tax; * Completed courses/training as a Product Owner or related roles; * Participation in Technology Projects/ERP Implementation and corporate systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business rules, requirements, and processes (AS IS / TO BE), participating in meetings and data collection. * Preparing functional specifications, workflows, prototypes, and solution documentation, ensuring clarity for both technical and business teams. * Supporting planning and tracking of functional deliverables, recording improvements, and monitoring product backlogs. * Acting as the interface between business areas, development, UX, and other stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment. * Designing test scenarios, performing acceptance/homologation testing, and validating implementations. * Delivering training to Key Users when required, and supporting the transition of solutions to the Operations team. * Reporting activity progress and delivery status to project management. 2512310202491893986
