Job Summary: Post-Operation Analyst for a group focused on renewable energy, responsible for performance analysis of photovoltaic power plants, report preparation, and identification of improvements. Development of operational indicators and dashboards THE GERA GROUP \- An economic group focused on renewable energy, efficient and sustainable solutions, is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a **Post-Operation Analyst**. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct performance analyses of photovoltaic power plants, evaluating indicators such as PR (Performance Ratio), availability, and generation losses; * Prepare periodic post-operation reports (daily, weekly, and monthly); * Identify performance deviations and potential causes of generation losses; * Support technical analysis of operational failures and significant events; * Consolidate and process data from monitoring systems and SCADA; * Develop and maintain operational indicators and monitoring dashboards; * Support identification of opportunities for improvement in asset operation and maintenance; * Collaborate with COG, planning, engineering, and field operations teams; * Assist in standardizing operational processes and reports; * Support analysis of asset availability and reliability. **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields; * Experience or knowledge of solar photovoltaic power plants; * Experience with operational data analysis; * Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools; * Analytical ability and information organization skills; * Strong communication skills and ability to prepare technical reports. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in performance analysis of solar power plants; * Knowledge of PR, availability, losses, and generation indicators; * Experience with SCADA or photovoltaic power plant monitoring platforms; * Familiarity with Power BI, Python, or other data analysis tools; * Prior experience in O\&M of distributed generation or centralized generation. **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical mindset and attention to detail; * Information organization and management; * Proactivity in identifying problems and improvement opportunities; * Strong written communication skills for report preparation; * Ability to work with large volumes of data.
