Job Summary: A professional responsible for installing and repairing security, electrical, and electronic systems, while managing teams and materials. Key Highlights: 1. Install and repair CCTV, alarm, and automation systems 2. Lead teams and manage materials during electrical system installations 3. Prepare technical reports and documentation for maintenance and process improvement RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Perform installation and repair services for CCTV, alarms, intercom/telephony, access control, and automation systems according to service orders (SOs), ensuring adherence to deadlines, service quality, and team performance. \- Install low- to medium-complexity electrical and electronic systems, supervise teams, and procure and measure required materials. \- Execute planned and supervision-defined activities, ensuring the delivery of CCTV, alarm, intercom/telephony, access control, and automation installation and maintenance services to maintain customers' equipment in optimal working condition. \- Manage material receipt for installations and maintenance, verifying SOs to ensure compliance with specified requirements. \- Prepare and analyze SO technical reports for corrective maintenance following site visits and problem identification, enabling prompt response to customer requests. \- Prepare maintenance progress reports detailing service status to ensure effective operational control. \- Document non-conformities identified during preventive and corrective maintenance (including customer complaints), specifying root causes and proposing preventive measures to identify improvement opportunities and refine work processes and methods. \- Perform other duties inherent to this role. REQUIREMENTS: \* Technical education in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. \* Proficiency in Word and Excel. \* Experience: 2 years \* Driver's license category B (desirable) \* CFT certification (desirable) \* Specific knowledge of installation and maintenance of Intelbras, Honeywell, Hikvision, PPA, and Peccinin equipment and systems. \* Willingness to learn and develop professionally. \* Ability to work with goals and deadlines.
