Create and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs IGHER Consulting is conducting a selection process for a Controller Analyst position, with on-site work in Duque de Caxias/RJ, at one of our clients. We seek professionals with an analytical profile, organizational skills, focus on metrics, and results orientation—individuals who wish to contribute strategic analyses and support the evolution of the commercial area, growing alongside the company. **Responsibilities:** * Consolidate, analyze, and validate commercial data—including sales, permanent leases, and temporary leases—to ensure information reliability. * Audit information recorded by sales representatives, ensuring compliance with defined standards and business reality. * Monitor and ensure data integrity in the CRM, guaranteeing that the pipeline accurately reflects the progress of opportunities. * Develop managerial reports and monthly analyses for senior management to support strategic decision-making. * Track goals, metrics, and commercial performance, proposing adjustments and improvements whenever necessary. * Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics, providing clear visibility into commercial results. * Provide analytical support to the commercial team, delivering information, insights, and analyses that enhance efficiency and outcomes. * Identify inconsistencies, deviations, and improvement opportunities, suggesting corrective actions and process optimizations. * Collaborate closely with the commercial manager to support control, analysis, and advancement of processes and results within the department. **Prerequisites:** **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Commercial Management, Economics, or related fields. **Technical Skills:** Experience in data analysis, reporting, and controller routines; experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Moskit); ability to audit and interpret metrics; advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; Power BI knowledge is desirable. **Benefits:** Health insurance + dental insurance + on-site meal allowance + transportation allowance or fuel allowance + SESC membership + group life insurance.
