Direct and strategic support to sales consultants **JOB MISSION** Structure, organize, and ensure the smooth flow of the consultative sales process, supporting consultants in proposal preparation, CRM management, meeting follow-up, and execution of next steps—ensuring operational efficiency, delivery quality, and consistent sales pipeline progression. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Support for Commercial Proposals * Adapt commercial proposals in .doc format to the company's Canvas-defined standard * Ensure quality, clarity, and appropriate formatting * Review content before presenting to the consultant and sending CRM Management (HubSpot) * Update opportunities, contacts, and activities * Record interactions and funnel status * Support commercial pipeline organization Direct Support to Consultants * Attend commercial meetings * Take structured notes (pain point, need, solution, next steps) * Organize and track follow-ups Customer Communication * Send requested documents and materials * Support tracking of sent proposals * Ensure prompt responses Schedule Management * Organize and monitor consultants' schedules * Ensure pre-meeting preparation (materials, context) * Avoid scheduling conflicts and optimize time allocation Commercial Administrative Routines * General support to the consultative sales team * Document control * Cross-departmental coordination (as needed) **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields * Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) * Document organization and standardization skills
