Supporting the development of holistic education and citizenship Colégio GGE | Petrolina - PE | In-person Job Description Ensuring compliance with the school's disciplinary regulations as established in the Student Handbook, intervening in all situations related to behavioral aspects, guiding students to develop critical thinking and thereby fostering self-awareness of their actions and decisions, nurturing students committed to their own knowledge-building process and citizens aware of their rights and responsibilities—active contributors to a more just society—while supporting the development of holistic education. Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for ensuring academic discipline and compliance with school regulations, monitoring the daily routines of students and teachers. Manages attendance control, behavior, and uniform usage; supervises school facilities; and supports entry, exit, and recess periods. Also performs recordkeeping and analysis in the school systems (V4 and AFA), monitors student performance and behavior, communicates with parents and students, and implements pedagogical initiatives to improve formative indicators. Collaborates closely with teachers, advising on classroom practices and participating in interventions and focus groups, referring cases to coordinators or SOEP when necessary. Requirements and Qualifications Conflict management; Analysis of indicators, charts, and statistics; Experience in outreach and follow-up with parents, students, and teachers; Education Level: Incomplete Higher Education; Fields of Study: Education / Teaching / Languages; Desirable Requirements Prior experience in school coordination or school-based practice is required.
