Job Summary: Support managerial closing, budgeting, and forecasting while monitoring economic and financial results, consolidating information, and analyzing costs and investments. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to the continuous improvement of controllership processes Support managerial closing, budgeting, and forecasting while monitoring the concessionaire's economic\-financial results. Responsible for consolidating information, analyzing costs, expenses, and investments, identifying variances, and supporting profitability and feasibility studies. Also responsible for preparing reports and presentations, updating controls and dashboards, collaborating with partner departments, and contributing to data reliability and continuous improvement of controllership processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support managerial closing, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of the concessionaire's economic\-financial results. * Consolidate information from different areas to prepare managerial analyses, reports, and executive presentations. * Monitor costs, expenses, investments, contracts, and performance indicators, identifying variances against the budget. * Support profitability and feasibility studies, as well as CAPEX/OPEX variance analyses. * Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations to align information and assumptions. * Update controllership databases, controls, and dashboards to ensure data traceability and reliability. * Support audits, corporate reporting, and obligations related to financing and internal controls, where applicable. * Contribute to enhancing the company's management control processes and tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in controllership, financial planning, budgeting, managerial reporting, or performance analysis. * Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost analysis, and investment analysis. * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and business acumen. * Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI, ERP/SAP, and strong presentation skills are desirable. * Excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams. * Structured, critical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. * Experience in infrastructure, sanitation, utilities, or concessions is preferred. * Willingness to work on-site in Petrolina/PE. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); **VITA Sertão** is the sanitation concessionaire established to drive development in Pernambuco’s Sertão region.
