Coordinate strategic and operational projects, monitoring defined indicators and targets. Support budget planning and workforce sizing, ensuring resources are adequate to achieve targets. Ensure compliance with procedures, codes of conduct and ethics, as well as the company’s general guidelines. Deliver training within your area of expertise whenever necessary. Identify and analyze existing procedures across all company departments, aiming at their standardization and formalization into written procedures for use by all organizational levels. Analyze procedures and execution methods for each task, preparing checklists based on ISO-9000 standard recommendations, aiming to identify audit methods for these procedures. Promote the company’s quality policy through preparation and distribution of related materials, organization of courses and lectures, aiming to raise awareness and engage all company departments in quality matters. Promote and deliver quality-related and Quality Manual-related training, selecting service providers in this field, defining training type and format, and controlling associated costs. Research training entities and service providers, select available programs and courses, and recommend employees to attend internal or external training sessions. Develop the Quality Manual and control its distribution and revision, aiming to meet ISO standard requirements. Coordinate and conduct internal audit programs on systems and procedures related to quality, aiming to identify deficiencies in processes, systems, and tasks, promoting awareness among directly involved individuals and departments, aiming to engage them in identifying solutions and implementing corrective actions. Ensure proper maintenance of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. Perform other related duties as determined by immediate management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in Quality Management Active COREN registration Experience required in internal auditing, process management, and knowledge of Quality Tools. Proficiency required in drafting AB standards and procedures. Knowledge of the Brazilian Accreditation Manual – ONA, ISO legislation, Resolutions – RDC, and Ordinances and Regulatory Norms – NR. Proficiency in process mapping, risk management, and adverse event management. Microsoft Office – Intermediate level.
