




We are seeking a proactive and highly organized **Data Assistant** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data from various sources, transforming raw information into clear insights that support strategic decision-making within the department. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy of reports and the efficiency of our monitoring processes. Key Responsibilities * **Data Manipulation and Analysis:** Collect data from different systems and consolidate it into spreadsheets, performing analyses and cross-referencing information. * **Report Creation:** Create and maintain managerial and operational reports using Excel’s advanced features. * **Visualization Generation:** Develop charts, tables, and dashboards in Excel to facilitate interpretation of results. * **Results Presentation:** Prepare visual support materials (slides) in PowerPoint and present key analytical findings to internal audiences clearly and objectively. * **Auditing and Comparison:** Perform verification and comparison of large volumes of spreadsheets and databases to ensure consistency and identify discrepancies.
