





Position: HR Analyst Description: The HR Analyst will be responsible for assisting in Human Resources department activities, carrying out recruitment and selection processes, training and development, performance indicators monitoring, and other related tasks. Responsibilities: * Conduct employee recruitment and selection processes * Lead training and development programs * Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements * Carry out onboarding of new employees * Keep the human resources management system updated Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields * Previous experience in Human Resources * Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes * Ability to conduct training and team development * Good communication and interpersonal skills
