Job Summary: Coordinate the factory team, manage production processes, and ensure the final quality of window and door systems, leading and motivating the team to meet goals and deadlines. An aluminum window and door manufacturer and distributor is seeking a Production Supervisor in Caruaru. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the factory team, assign tasks, monitor deadlines, ensure final product quality, and guarantee proper use of machinery and materials. Team Management: Lead, guide, and train metalworkers and assemblers. Production Control: Supervise the entire manufacturing process (cutting, machining, assembly, quality, and installation). Quality: Monitor finishing and technical standards of window and door systems, ensuring compliance with customer orders. Production: Track production targets, organizing demands to meet delivery deadlines. Maintenance: Ensure all factory machinery and tools operate properly and correctly. Safety: Ensure proper and appropriate use of all PPE and workplace safety regulations. Lead teams in manufacturing and assembling metal structures. Plan and monitor execution of production activities. Analyze and interpret technical drawings. Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Supervise factory operations and production flow. Ensure proper use of equipment and resources. Coordinate and motivate the production team. Guarantee deadlines, quality, and productivity. Organize, direct, and monitor production scheduling. Be firm in decision-making and clear about boundaries while maintaining empathy and active listening. Pursue continuous process improvements. Supervise the production team (operators, welders, assemblers, etc.). Assign tasks and monitor execution of production orders. Ensure adherence to production planning and delivery deadlines. Control product quality according to technical standards and specifications. Monitor performance indicators (productivity, rework, waste, efficiency). Position located in Caruaru / PE. Previous experience as Production Supervisor, Production Coordinator, Production Leader, or Production Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
