Respond to inquiries promptly, clearly, and thoroughly via available service channels. Assist in payroll administration, including issuance of FGTS, DARF, and other labor contribution guides. Enter updated information into the payroll system (Domínio and/or Fortes). Issue vacation receipts and organize files and documents in a structured manner. Provide support in using internal tools and platform resources. Engage in customer retention efforts to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service and processes. Previous experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Customer Relationship Analyst, Technical Support Coordinator, or Customer Service Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
