Customer retention initiatives and continuous improvement An administrative services company seeks a Customer Support Analyst in Carapicuíba. **Responsibilities:** Provide friendly and efficient customer service using the DigiSac system for communication. Respond to inquiries promptly, clearly, and thoroughly via all support channels. Assist in payroll administration, including issuing FGTS guides, DARFs, and other labor-related contributions. Update payroll systems (Domínio and/or Fortes) with current information. Issue vacation receipts and organize files and documents in a structured manner. Provide support for internal tools and platform resources. Engage in customer retention efforts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and relationships. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service quality and processes. Previous experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Customer Relationship Analyst, Technical Support Coordinator, or Customer Service Consultant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
