We believe these values shape not only how we conduct business but also how we interact with our employees, clients, and partners. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Management of accounts receivable and control of customer flow and collections; * Direct involvement in disbursements from the **Caixa Econômica Federal** and routines related to the **Minha Casa, Minha Vida** program; * Creation and submission of bank remittance files, payment posting, and daily bank reconciliation; * Rigorous control and monitoring of delinquency, supporting collection processes and client negotiation; * Analysis and correction of financial discrepancies, data entry into the **ERP** system, and generation of management reports; * Potential future scope adjustments within the finance department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in the finance area, preferably in the **Construction Industry (Preferred);** * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite**, with intermediate or advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and analysis); * Experience with **ERP systems;** * Preferred: Degree in Administration, Accounting, or Financial Management; * Preferred: Knowledge of inflation indices (**INCC / IGP\-M**). **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract; * Salary \+ Benefits; * Career and salary progression plan; * Birthday day off; * Challenging environment with opportunities for continuous development; * Paid vacation of 30 days after one year of employment.
