**IN-PERSON** -------------- **LEGAL ENTITY** ------------------- **PESQUEIRA, PE** ----------------- **SALARY TO BE NEGOTIATED** ---------------------- **O****pportunity: Field Engineer – Pesqueira/PE** **Job Mission:** Act directly on the **construction site**, coordinating teams, ensuring technical compliance, and guaranteeing that all execution stages follow quality standards and established deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise field activities, ensuring execution according to designs and technical specifications; * Coordinate internal and subcontractor teams, ensuring productivity and safety; * Monitor physical progress of the project and track schedules and measurements; * Conduct quality checks, process alignment, and material control; * Support the resident engineer and the planning, procurement, and occupational safety departments; * Prepare technical reports and accompany inspections with relevant authorities. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Civil Engineering** with **active CREA registration**; * Previous experience in **civil construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects**; * Knowledge in **technical drawing interpretation, measurement control, and field team management**; * Proficiency in tools such as **MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD**; * **Availability to work in Pesqueira/PE** and travel between sites in the region. **Desired Profile:** A **dynamic, practical professional with strong field experience**, capable of leading operational teams and maintaining high technical and safety standards in deliverables. **Location:** Pesqueira – PE
