




This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining (corrective and preventive) end-user computing equipment and peripheral devices in both factory and office environments. The following requirements/knowledge are necessary to perform this role: . Handling service tickets while monitoring and adhering to SLA, using a technical ticketing tool and metrics based on the ITIL framework. . Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues on fixed devices (such as desktops, scanners, and video projectors), mobile devices (such as laptops, barcode readers, and smartphones), network equipment (such as switches or access points), and printers (laser and thermal). . Managing equipment (using an IT asset management tool), including inventory/location tracking, warranty management, coordination with manufacturers, and maintenance procedures. . Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365, TCP/IP protocol (including connectivity troubleshooting), and tools such as Ghost/backup/restore. Additionally, intermediate proficiency in English, familiarity with ServiceNow, and experience with Microsoft solutions such as Intune and Azure will be considered advantageous.
