In-person or videoconference service for digital certification, including: e-CPF A1 / A3: 1 year / 3 years. For videoconference service, biometric data must already have been collected in the ITI system, or you must hold a driver’s license. Required documents: Driver’s license (CNH), email address, CNPJ. An appointment for date and time is required, along with availability of 15 minutes for the service.
