Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, preparation, and technical delivery of agricultural equipment, as well as guiding customers and managing field services. Field service management and prospecting **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform maintenance and inspections on equipment (tractors, harvesters, planters, sprayers, and other products in the portfolio); Assemble new equipment; Conduct pre-deliveries and technical deliveries of new equipment to customers; Provide usage guidance and instructions to customers; Visit customers to prospect equipment inspections; Close service orders; Inspect used machinery; Estimate parts and service costs; Schedule services using the field checklist; Close service orders directly with customers on-site; Perform preventive inspections; Prepare DTACs; Unload new equipment arriving from the factory, as well as equipment transferred between branches; Prospect services whenever opportunities arise; Guide and instruct technical assistants daily; Perform minor welding as required by repairs; Complete internal workshop documentation (daily timekeeping records).
