Responsibilities * Map, design, and review operational and administrative processes, ensuring standardization across units; * Identify improvement opportunities and propose data-driven solutions based on Lean methodologies; * Support the development of automated workflows and integrations with corporate systems (e.g., Sankhya and Power BI); * Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct periodic efficiency analyses; * Collaborate with Operations, HR, Technology, and Finance teams to optimize routines and workflows; * Develop process manuals, flowcharts, and technical reports; * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization; * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams; * Adaptability: ability to operate effectively in dynamic and constantly evolving environments. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in process mapping and redesign (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen); * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis, and Power BI; * Experience in healthcare, operations, or services sectors is desirable; * Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, MS Project, or equivalents); * Strong analytical capability and proficiency in continuous improvement and workflow management tools.
