Suggest improvements to support processes Curitiba, Brazil Temporary 60\-80% On-site This is where you will shine * Handle, log, and track tickets in Azure DevOps; * Triage demands and update statuses in boards/work items; * Support projects and testing with the technical team; * Produce documentation (reports, meeting minutes, checklists, KB); * Create dashboards/reports (Excel/Power BI); * Suggest improvements to support processes. These are the skills you will need * Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields; * Intermediate English; * Intermediate Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Availability to intern on-site at the company from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Basic Spanish is desirable; * Familiarity with C\#, Angular, SQL, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and digital tools and generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) is desirable.
