




We are hiring a Store Manager to work at one of our O Boticário retailer stores in the city of Toritama. This professional will be responsible for leading and supervising the sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets. Leadership skills, data analysis and strategic planning, people management, and prior sales experience are required. Responsibilities: Manage daily store activities, ensuring achievement of sales targets. Supervise the sales team, providing training and guidance. Ensure excellence in customer service, resolving issues and complaints. Control inventory, conducting stock counts and monitoring merchandise flow. Analyze store performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Proven experience in store and sales team management. Knowledge of sales techniques, merchandising, and inventory management. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Skills: Leadership and ability to motivate teams. Excellent verbal and written communication. Results-oriented and customer-focused. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office).
