




Cloudster is seeking a **Senior SDR** to operate on the front line of demand generation, lead qualification, and strategic support for the sales team. We are looking for someone with prior experience in B2B prospecting, strong communication skills, and readiness to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities** Conduct active prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn). Qualify leads using structured methodologies (e.g., BANT, SPIN, GPCT, MEDDIC). Conduct initial diagnostics with leads to understand their pain points, context, and maturity level. Design and manage prospecting cadences, and keep the CRM consistently updated. Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. Track conversion metrics, productivity, and efficiency. Participate in weekly alignment sessions, strategy reviews, and continuous process improvements. **Mandatory Requirements** Prior experience in **B2B** prospecting. Hands-on experience in **active prospecting**, engaging with leads, qualifying them, and scheduling meetings. Ability to apply discovery and qualification methodologies. Clear, concise, and adaptable communication tailored to the interlocutor’s profile. Strong organizational skills to manage tasks, CRM, and cadences. Quick learning ability. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in sales or pre-sales for **AWS**, cloud, SaaS, technology, software, or systems. Experience in markets requiring technical understanding or more consultative sales cycles (e.g., ERPs, automation tools, digital platforms). Familiarity with CRMs and cadence tools (Pipedrive, Lusha, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Ramper, Reev, Apollo, etc.).
