Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing structural steel construction projects, supervising teams, controlling materials and deadlines, and ensuring service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of budgets and executive plans Management of structural steel construction projects. **Responsibilities** \- Management of one or more construction projects; \- Management/hiring of teams; \- Management/purchasing of heavy materials; \- Technical management of services; \- Client interaction and communication; \- Preparation of technical reports and Daily Construction Reports (RDO); \- Preparation of quantitative material takeoffs; \- Execution of service measurements and productivity control; \- Preparation of schedules and deadline monitoring; \- Quality inspection of completed services; \- Participation in meetings with clients and suppliers; \- Preparation of budgets and executive plans. **Qualifications** \- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); \- Intermediate-level proficiency in AutoCAD; \- Knowledge of reading and interpreting structural, structural steel, and architectural drawings; \- Basic knowledge of construction planning and physical progress monitoring; \- Knowledge of service measurement and productivity control; \- Familiarity with technical standards applicable to steel construction; **Expected Skills** \- Experience in construction project management; \- Strong client relationship skills; \- Experience in construction budgeting; \- Negotiation skills with suppliers and service providers; \- Basic AutoCAD knowledge; \- Team leadership experience; \- Ability to make quick decisions in field situations; \- Experience in industrial construction and metal-framed warehouses is a plus **Working Hours** Monday to Thursday \- 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday \- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
