We are seeking a **Requirements Analyst** to work in **Recife\-PE.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, this professional will:** Strategically organize and guide work; Make decisions that yield high-quality results; Listen attentively and argue coherently, facilitating interaction among stakeholders; Focus on the actual needs of the target audience (internal or external to the project); Maintain strong relationships with project users, promoting requirement elicitation with a focus on the client's business. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Please note that you must have:** A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctoral degree) in Information Technology with a minimum duration of 360 hours; Experience in functional and non-functional requirements analysis, enterprise integration patterns, design patterns, microservices patterns, relational data modeling, and relational database administration; Ability to conceive and model processes using agile methodologies for system development; Clear and effective communication skills, including reporting and quality metric generation; Knowledge of agile software development principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto and Scrum. **But it would be great if:** You have experience writing SQL database queries; You have experience in web and desktop architecture, and databases (Oracle 10g or later, SQL Server, and MySQL)
