Promotion of training and professional development Cardeal Distribuidora \| Caruaru \- PE \| On-site Job Description Oversee and manage the team handling administrative transportation processes through daily process analysis and guidance, ensuring correct application of quality procedures and cost minimization for the company. Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor and control returns and financial reconciliations from carriers and logistics operators; * Ensure billing process execution, guaranteeing accurate issuance of invoices and supporting documentation for carriers; * Monitor departmental activities daily; * Ensure efficient service to internal and external customers by monitoring and managing service requests and response deadlines; * Manage driver support, tracking performance indicators, response time, and service quality; * Monitor operational indicators, such as delivery receipt digitization, logistics delinquency, and merchandise pickup/retrieval requests; * Manage the team through periodic meetings, goal alignment, performance tracking, and professional development. * Promote team training and capacity building in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Monitor specific operations, including night-shift billing and logistics operator activities, ensuring execution quality; * Conduct technical visits to logistics operators for process alignment and continuous operational improvement; * Develop, monitor, and present performance indicators and results; * Apply continuous improvement methodologies, developing and tracking action plans; * Collaborate cross-functionally to promote strategic alignment and problem resolution; * Ensure adherence to operational deadlines and logistical flow efficiency.
