Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Commitment to safety and quality; * Owner’s mindset, critical thinking, results-oriented; * Experience in refrigerated warehouses; * Process management. * Manage the Shipping Team, developing and guiding team members to achieve performance targets; * Ensure proper operation of the finished goods shipping department, maintaining quality control over executed processes; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety procedures; * Manage operations to meet internal and external customer requirements regarding finished goods availability and resolve any issues that arise; * Liaise with Commercial, Sales, Distribution, and Production departments to maintain appropriate inventory levels of products; * Optimize product storage and utilization of available physical space through planning and organization of inventory aligned with operational needs; * Ensure daily loading of scheduled vehicles in accordance with established deadlines, via appropriate workload planning and team activity sizing; * Manage the cold chain; * Manage performance outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs); * Develop and monitor the departmental budget. 251211020249561212
