Lead logistics efficiency and optimization projects We are seeking a **Logistics Analyst III** with a strong analytical profile, results orientation, and commitment to continuous improvement. This person will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of logistics operations—from warehousing to distribution—supporting strategic decisions through data and directly contributing to customer satisfaction and cost optimization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure efficient and safe operation of frozen and chilled product storage, optimizing storage flows, inventory management, picking, and dispatch; * Ensure compliance with food safety standards, good storage practices, and temperature control (traceability); * Use BI dashboards and reports to analyze performance (On-Time Delivery, inventory accuracy, productivity, and losses), proposing corrective actions; * Plan and manage cyclical and physical inventories, investigating and resolving discrepancies; * Develop and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement plans; * Lead logistics efficiency projects (layout, material flow, automation) and support WMS implementation and optimization; * Analyze finished goods inventory across manufacturing units and perform transfers as needed; * Optimize the distribution process based on sales volume and stock availability; * Daily plan the distribution fleet according to demand; * Coordinate truck loading processes, organizing cargo by route and ensuring correct system registration; * Support drivers with operational guidance to ensure delivery quality; * Contribute to cost reduction by planning return-load operations; * Prepare anomaly reports and propose process improvements; * Monitor stock levels and adjust them according to unit capacity; * Analyze processes, propose improvements, and resolve more complex issues; * Support and mentor less experienced team members. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Experience with **WMS**, inventory management systems, and integrated ERP systems; * Experience with **Power BI** or equivalent BI tools; * Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, and basic macros); * Knowledge of **SQL** (basic/intermediate queries); * Experience with **Lean / Kaizen** methodologies and indicator-based management. **Preferred:** * Experience in cold-chain operations (frozen and chilled products); * Experience in automation/logistics projects. **Additional Information** * Natto Kit (10kg \- monthly); * Meal Allowance (monthly); * Pharmacy Card; * On-site cafeteria; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Unimed Health Plan (optional); * Bradesco Dental Plan (optional); * Discounts at educational institutions and leisure venues.
