Responsibilities: Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and indirect materials, ensuring accuracy and appropriate stock levels; Supervise warehouse, receiving, shipping, and storage operations; Monitor and develop logistics performance indicators (KPIs), such as stock levels, inventory accuracy, loading lead time, among others; Manage reverse logistics routines, focusing on returns management and control of returnable packaging; Control material inflow and outflow, ensuring practices such as FIFO, LIFO, stock turnover, and material replenishment; Collaborate with Commercial, Production, and Procurement departments; Implement and monitor MRP processes; Develop safe work procedures and processes, emphasizing organization and quality; Lead the logistics team, promoting training, performance monitoring, task allocation, and a positive organizational climate. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Experience in logistics supervision Proficiency in operational processes including warehousing, receiving, shipping, storage, and MRP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with ERP systems, TOTVS Advanced Excel **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Leadership Organization and Planning.
