How about being part of this energy? \#VemSerMoura! . **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your day-to-day at Moura:*** * Organize and update payable and receivable entries in departmental systems for payment submission to the Shared Services Center (CSC); * Monitor financially projects linked to Incentive Laws, supporting document organization, expense and revenue control, and preparation of accountability reports for competent authorities; * Map, organize, and optimize internal Institute processes (workflows, routines, responsibilities); * Identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities; * Propose and monitor improvements that enhance efficiency and standardization; * Support the development of project and department performance indicators \- (develop a tool to assess project impact). **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What we seek?*** ***Education:*** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields. ***Knowledge:*** * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level); * Experience in Finance or Accounting. ***You’ll stand out if you have:*** * Familiarity with BI and AI is desirable; * SAP system experience; * Basic accounting knowledge. **Additional Information** ***What we offer?*** In our Moura way of being, we believe people are the energy to drive the future.
