Provide support to the operational and transportation departments in cargo release. Cardeal Distribuidora | Caruaru - PE | On-site Job Description Perform activities related to service billing and issuance and control of transport manifests, ensuring accurate documentation of operations, tax compliance, and organization of information for goods dispatch and delivery. **Schedule**: Night shift **Remuneration**: Base salary + Night shift allowance Responsibilities and Duties * Issue service and/or product invoices according to orders and loading instructions. * Prepare and issue **cargo manifests** in accordance with current legislation and internal procedures. * Verify tax documents, customer data, amounts, and taxes before releasing billing. * Monitor daily billing flow and ensure cargo release within deadlines. * Archive and organize tax documents and manifests for control and auditing. * Support the operational and transportation departments in cargo release. * Assist internal and external customers regarding billing and transport documentation. * Assist in daily or monthly billing control and closing.
