Job Summary: We are seeking Civil Engineering or Architecture students to gain experience in Process Engineering, supporting the development and improvement of products and construction processes. Technical support to industrial departments **About the Position** We are looking for Civil Engineering or Architecture students interested in gaining experience in Process Engineering. The intern will support activities related to the development, improvement, and standardization of construction products and processes, considering economic and sustainable aspects and applying methodologies such as Lean Construction and WCM, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in implementing improvements in construction projects and processes using WCM and Kaizen methodologies; * Support data entry and monitoring of departmental performance indicators; * Assist in tracking departmental delivery schedules; * Support implementation of BIM processes during the design phase; * Assist in developing and reviewing designs, management tools, and materials, including As-Built documentation; * Support coordination and control of designs and management materials related to the product; * Assist in verifying compliance of designs and processes with current standards; * Assist in preparing technical reports; * Support training sessions on management materials and industrial processes; * Monitor maintenance management of machinery and equipment on construction sites; * Monitor technological control management on construction sites; * Assist in applying industrial audit checklists at UGBs; * Support industrial department audit activities; * Assist in controlling copies and revisions in the master list; * Support printing and distribution of updated management materials; * Assist in training on procedures, designs, and materials developed by the Process Engineering department; * Provide technical support to industrial departments. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Civil Engineering or Architecture, from the 4th semester onward; * Availability to intern for a minimum of 1 year. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of Revit; * Knowledge of MS Project; * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Benefits** * Meal allowance / food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Birthday day off; * Education incentive; * External partnerships with companies; * Internal events; * Support from the PIPA Institute.
