We are looking for a **Senior Salesforce QA Analyst** to work on: * Ensuring the quality of solutions developed on the Salesforce platform; * Implementing functional and regression testing strategies; * Executing test scenarios based on business requirements; * Documenting test evidence, results, and status; * Identifying defects and logging issues for resolution by the development team; * Tracking fixes and re-executing tests as needed; * Ensuring deliverables meet established quality standards; * Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing and development processes. Would you like to join the world’s largest professional services organization? *It makes all the difference to have those who can turn dreams into reality.* **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience as a Test/QA Analyst; * Practical knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM); * Experience in planning, designing, and executing functional and non-functional tests for solutions developed on the Salesforce platform; * Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking discovered defects to ensure proper resolution; * Experience conducting regression testing; * Implementation and evolution of agile testing practices (e.g., TDD, BDD); * Experience participating in refinement meetings, code reviews, and sprint planning. **Desirable** * ISTQB CTFL certification (International Software Testing Qualifications Board – Certified Tester Foundation Level); * Knowledge and experience in test automation.
