Negotiate contracts and manage the procurement cycle Job Description: **Talented people make Schneider Electric a great company!** We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst responsible for procurement and negotiations for the CISC Train 2 Project at the Abreu e Lima Refinery, a PETROBRAS facility, to meet all operational and project execution requirements—including warehousing, inventory management, and logistics. The role will develop and implement procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supply chain processes to secure optimal commercial terms—price, delivery schedule, and quality—for the company by analyzing the market, selecting suppliers, requesting quotations, issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and often mentoring less experienced buyers. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics—aligning them with corporate objectives and pursuing cost reduction. * Identify, evaluate, and select strategic suppliers; negotiate long-term contracts; and build strong relationships to ensure adherence to agreed commercial terms. * Conduct price and service quotations, negotiating optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules for medium- and high-complexity procurements. * Manage the full procurement cycle—from requisition to receipt of goods or services—including purchase order issuance and delivery flow tracking. * Professionals with solid experience in procurement. * Support the Supply Chain Management team in fulfilling PETROBRAS contract compliance requirements; * Respond to compliance-related demands, participate in management meetings, and maintain records of data and information, as well as produce local and regional reports and dashboards; * Address logistics needs, engage transportation providers, report performance indicators, and track and follow up on materials; Qualifications: **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in technical procurement, negotiation, contracting, and ERP/SAP systems; * Skills: Proficiency in negotiation, data analysis, procurement planning, and contract management; * Intermediate/Advanced English — mandatory * Basic Spanish is a plus; * A postgraduate degree or specialization in this field, project management knowledge, or international trade expertise would be advantageous. **Location:** Abreu e Lima Refinery – Ipojuca – PE. **Direct Reporting To:** Supply Chain Manager. **Let us learn about you!
