Dynamic and collaborative environment focused on the customer Job Description: This professional will be responsible for coordinating planning demands related to process automation activities performed for a major client in the region. The role requires on-site work, developing detailed schedules, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring cross-functional integration. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, with a focus on meeting the client's technical and operational requirements while ensuring compliance with Schneider Electric and client standards. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement the company's strategic plan. * Coordinate planning across project areas to ensure consistency. * Analyze internal and external environments, identifying opportunities and threats. * Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership. * Monitor and evaluate the performance of planned initiatives. * Coordinate the planning department budget and propose continuous improvements. (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, registered with the relevant professional council * PMP certification or MBA in Project Management * Minimum of 8 (eight) years of experience, including at least 3 years of proven experience supervising planning teams for large-scale automation system implementation projects and/or industrial construction projects; solid knowledge of planning and control methodologies and tools, as well as project time management. * Data and market trend analysis to support strategic decision-making. * Development of action plans, budgets, and resource allocation. * Project management and performance indicators (KPIs). * Business modeling and financial planning. * Proficiency in analytical tools and planning software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project (Excel, Power BI, ERPs, etc.). * Critical thinking and systemic vision. * Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Effective communication and stakeholder negotiation. * Data-driven decision-making. * Resolution of complex problems and change management. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategic Management or Planning is a plus. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and strategic analysis tools. * Advanced or fluent English, especially in dynamic corporate environments.
