Coordination and supervision of automation panel assembly Job Description: This professional will be responsible for executing activities related to the implementation of automation panel projects and testing, serving a major client in the region. The role requires on-site presence, with a focus on ensuring technical and operational compliance. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, requiring constant alignment with Schneider Electric standards and the client’s specific requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Coordination of electromechanical projects focused on industrial automation. * Supervision of automation panel assembly, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). * Integration of Triconex Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and Foxboro Distributed Control Systems (DCS). * Management of suppliers and contractors during panel fabrication and assembly. * Ensuring compliance with client standards. * Validation of hardware engineering deliverables (layouts, electrical diagrams, bills of materials). * Interface with software engineering teams to ensure compatibility between hardware and control logic. (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Automation, Control, or related fields). Active registration with CREA or equivalent regulatory body. * Minimum of 5 (five) years’ experience in commissioning large-scale automation system projects and/or units in the oil and/or petrochemical sectors. * Proven practical experience with Schneider/Foxboro SDCD systems. * Proven practical experience with Triconex PLCs. * Proficiency in Triconex and Foxboro hardware, and in developing electromechanical automation panel projects. * In-depth knowledge of Triconex systems (architecture, protocols, redundancy, functional safety). * Proficiency in Foxboro DCS (configuration, integration, communication networks). * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, P&IDs, and panel layouts. * Knowledge of Brazilian and international technical standards (ABNT, IEC, ISA). * Experience with engineering tools such as EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical. * Capability to perform commissioning and troubleshooting of complex systems. * Technical documentation management and version control. * Technical and motivational leadership for multidisciplinary teams. * Clear and context-aware communication with internal and external stakeholders. * Strategic and tactical planning for execution of complex projects. * Agile problem-solving and evidence-based decision-making. * Effective negotiation with suppliers and contractors. * Multidisciplinary profile capable of handling interface-related matters across disciplines, such as engineering, electrical, procurement, automation, and operations of the respective industrial unit covered under this contract and other contracted parties. **Desirable:** * Advanced/Intermediate English * Communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC, etc.). * Knowledge of control network topologies (ring, star, bus, etc.). * Familiarity with Windows tools, Word, MS Access, etc. * Advanced Excel (External) Brazilian Portuguese Company Boiler Plate: **Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?** When considering joining a new team, culture matters.
