Delivery Flow Management (Outbound Logistics): * **Route Planning:** Group deliveries by geographical proximity to optimize fleet utilization and reduce fuel costs. * **Shipment Verification:** Confirm that all components (frames, sheets, glass panels, glazing beads, and accessory kits) are loaded onto the truck before departure. * **Customer Scheduling:** Confirm site availability to receive materials (verify free space, truck access permission, and presence of a designated receiver). 2\. Installation Scheduling (Team Workforce Planning): * **Team Scalability:** Assign teams based on required seniority (e.g., a unitized curtain wall requires more experienced technicians than a standard sliding window). * **Service Order (SO) Management:** Issue and track the status of each SO from factory dispatch through final customer acceptance. * **Productivity Forecasting:** Estimate the number of days each team will require at a given site to avoid scheduling gaps or cascading delays. 3\. Technical and Quality Interface: * **Pre\-Installation Checklist:** Verify that the opening at the site is ready (plumb, waterproofed, and with subframe installed) before dispatching the team. * **Risk Management:** Anticipate issues such as missing drilling, out\-of\-spec openings, or weather delays preventing work at height. * **Technical Support Management:** Schedule follow\-up visits for fine adjustments, replacement of scratched glass, or maintenance of defective components post\-completion. * **KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):** Monitor daily productivity (e.g., linear meters or units installed per day) AND update management or the ERP system in real time with the completion percentage of each project. **Salary and Benefits:** * R$ 3\.000,00 \+ Transportation Allowance and Meal Allowance **Working Hours:** * 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance
