The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the Group Morada's administrative routines, ensuring no delays, pending items, or financial shortfalls occur. **Main Responsibilities:** Send invoices to departments via e\-mail to generate purchase orders, fulfilling financial obligations as agreed upon with suppliers. Generate shipping protocols for invoices and send them to the respective departments for system entry; Review supply requests from suppliers, analyze and correct data in electronic spreadsheets, and forward them (spreadsheet and invoice) to the finance department to ensure financial compliance with suppliers. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Technical degree; Experience with administrative routines; Proficiency in computer applications;
