Inventory management and storage organization **Job Objective:** Supervise logistics operations to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and on-time delivery. * **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.** * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety. Skills in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis. In-depth knowledge of logistics and warehouse management technologies (WMS). * Shift availability. * **Preferred: 1 year of leadership experience in logistics and distribution centers.** **Responsibilities:** * Lead and motivate the warehouse team to ensure efficiency and productivity. * Supervise goods receiving, verifying compliance and recording accurate data. * Organize storage space efficiently, considering product turnover. * Monitor inventory levels, control incoming and outgoing goods, and conduct inventories to maintain accurate records. * Supervise order picking. * Maintain records and generate reports for management. * Resolve operational challenges, such as delays and quality issues. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and company standards.
