Main responsibilities: * Ensure the performance of contracts under your management through operational supervision and support areas. The Operations Manager must ensure alignment with organizational objectives, manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the HSE department, as well as implement strategies for efficient service execution. * Monitor operational indicators and suggest corrective actions when necessary. * Promote a strategic and systemic vision in contract management, leading the team to achieve the best results. * Conduct planning analyses, quotations, and measurements, managing quality control to ensure compliance with the contracted scope. Requirements: * Experience in contract management in the areas of Telecommunications and/or infrastructure (Energy, Generators, Air Conditioning Systems, UPS, etc.). * Completed higher education. * Valid driver's license.
