Description: Ensure a favorable learning environment for students, teachers, and families by monitoring and guiding students' academic performance. Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the BNCC, PPP, and curriculum content, utilizing educational technologies. * Identify class needs and organize learning situations. * Assess, record, and provide feedback on students' performance. * Collaborate with the school team, families, and school administration. * Participate in meetings, pedagogical projects, and ongoing professional development. * Maintain pedagogical records and comply with requests from school leadership. * Provide individualized guidance and monitor behavioral aspects, reporting potential risk situations.
