Yard Assistant (Focus on Used Vehicles)

Description

**Main responsibilities:** --------------------------- * Organization and control of the vehicle yard, maintaining standard layout and good presentation * Receiving vehicles (purchase, trade-in, or transfer), checking overall condition and basic documentation * Moving vehicles within the yard, showroom, and partner workshops, ensuring safety and efficiency * Assisting in vehicle preparation for sale (washing, refueling, visual checklist) * Monitoring entry and exit of sold or demonstration vehicles * Correct identification and labeling of vehicles (prices, license plates, internal tags) * Supporting sales staff during customer interactions, test drives, and deliveries * Key management, ensuring organization and traceability * Reporting damages, maintenance needs, or irregularities to the responsible manager * Compliance with store safety, organization, and visual standards **Mandatory requirements:** ---------------------------- * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role * Completed high school education * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) * Basic knowledge of vehicles (identification, maneuvering, and general care) * Availability to work outdoors/in the yard * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to follow internal procedures and standards * Good communication and teamwork skills * Responsibility and care for company assets **Desirable requirements (advantage):** --------------------------------------- * Prior experience in vehicle yards, dealerships, or rental companies * Basic knowledge of vehicle inspections * Understanding of vehicle inventory organization * Experience with vehicle washing, preparation, or sanitization * Basic computer literacy * Adaptability to operational routines * Proactivity and agility in daily tasks
