Scheduling organization and assistance in student release Colégio GGE \| Petrolina \- PE \| On-site Job Description Receive customers in the best possible manner, striving to assist them promptly and effectively with whatever they need. Remain consistently attentive to internal information, demonstrating knowledge and confidence during interactions. Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for receiving and guiding clients, staff, and visitors, conducting both in-person and WhatsApp-based interactions. Manages correspondence, documents, and materials; initiates maintenance requests; and monitors uniform inventory. Organizes schedules (meeting rooms, auditorium, and management appointments); introduces the school to parents of new students; and assists in student release upon request. Also directs scheduled parents, suppliers, and teachers to their respective departments, issues and routes formal requests and certificates. Maintains departmental organization and ensures compliance with internal safety regulations. Provides parental support, clarifying questions regarding enrollment completion in the system and other inquiries, family registration in the system, completion of control spreadsheets, uniform sales, system entries for uniforms to be purchased by guardians, and document delivery. Organizes documents and completes internal and external protocols. Requirements and Qualifications Currently enrolled in or having completed a Bachelor’s degree. Computer skills – Microsoft Office suite; Experience in public-facing customer service. Persuasiveness, empathy, and creativity.
