Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate pedagogical and administrative activities for the assigned segment — Elementary School Level 1. Monitor and support teachers' work, guiding pedagogical practices; Monitor academic performance indicators and propose improvement strategies; Facilitate communication among families, teachers, and school administration; Oversee students' daily routines, promoting discipline, well-being, and holistic development; Participate in annual pedagogical planning alongside the general coordination and school leadership; Organize pedagogical meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and internal training sessions; Ensure adherence to the academic calendar, schedules, and institutional regulations; Identify needs for pedagogical resources and submit requests to school management. Requirements and Qualifications Completed undergraduate degree in related fields. Prior experience in supervision or team management. Knowledge of the relevant educational segment. Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
