




Job Summary: The School Experience Assistant will support school relationships, engaging education professionals in using the Geppetto platform and ensuring a positive user experience. Provide customer service and support, prioritizing quality As a School Experience Assistant, you will support school relationships, assisting in engaging teachers and other education professionals with the Geppetto platform. This role focuses on supporting schools’ day-to-day operations, monitoring their journey with the platform, and collaborating with the team’s initiatives to contribute to a positive user experience. **Your Key Responsibilities:** Support contact and relationship building with teachers and school teams; Assist in organizing and updating materials, training sessions, and content for schools and/or parents; Support the delivery of online and in-person training sessions, as needed; Assist in the initial setup of the platform dashboard, following team guidelines; Collect feedback, questions, and suggestions from schools and relay them to the responsible team; Monitor schools’ usage of the platform and support engagement activities; Support school communications, ensuring timely responses within defined deadlines and standards; Record information, interactions, and basic data related to platform usage. **We Are Looking For Candidates Who:** Are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Languages (a plus), or have initial teaching experience in language instruction; Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and responsibility toward deadlines; Exhibit strong analytical ability to interpret information and resolve everyday situations; Have strong interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively in teams; Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), particularly for data organization, report writing, and presentations; Enjoy delivering customer service and support, emphasizing quality and clarity in all interactions; Are available for travel.
