As a Young Apprentice here, you will receive formal registration in your Professional Work Card and various benefits, and participate in theoretical training sessions designed to enhance your professional knowledge. Initial Stage – Espro Online Course: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, on the first 10 consecutive business days from Monday to Friday. Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 4 days per week / In-person. Theoretical Training/Course Hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, once per week / In-person. Contract Duration: Fixed-term. The apprentice will begin activities remotely via Espro’s online platform for theoretical training. Theoretical training at Espro will last for 12 days. Upon completion of this initial stage, the apprentice will begin activities at the company and attend Espro once weekly (in person).
