How about being part of this energy? \#VemSerMoura! 〽. ***Your day-to-day at Moura:*** * Ensure timely accounting closing as agreed with senior management, with all accounting accounts properly reconciled; * Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS; * Support external audits by delivering requested items within the agreed schedule. * Manage your team’s personnel effectively to enable sustainable business growth and expansion through selection, satisfaction, engagement, retention, training, and development—monitoring performance indicators and fostering a healthy organizational climate; * Ensure implementation and compliance with management policies and practices by overseeing their application in daily departmental operations. * Guarantee efficient use of financial resources defined in the strategic plan through budget planning, monitoring, and analysis to support decision-making; * Promote Moura’s corporate culture through personal example and ongoing dissemination practices encouraged by the company; * Ensure employee well-being and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards by monitoring company-defined standards and policies; * Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting SLA (Service Level Agreement) commitments and maintaining quality, accuracy, and timeliness indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Postgraduate degree in Accounting and/or Tax and Financial Controller is desirable; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Willingness to reside in Belo Jardim - PE; * Experience in Accounting or Tax Team Management; * Knowledge of cost accounting; * Experience supporting external audits; * Experience preparing financial statements under IFRS; * Experience in balance sheet consolidation will be considered a plus; * Experience managing accounting for holding companies will be a plus; * Familiarity with SAP, Mastersaf, and Dynamics AX systems is desirable; * Experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC) will be considered a plus.
