Multidisciplinary collaboration for student follow-up Description: Provide specialized pedagogical support to students with clinical reports and specific educational needs, promoting inclusive and individualized teaching strategies that foster academic development and effective participation in the school environment. Responsibilities and Duties * Participate in the analysis of clinical reports and anamneses forwarded by SOEP, together with the Pedagogical Coordination. * Conduct individualized sessions with students having specific needs, as established in the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP). * Support the development, implementation, and review of the IEP, documenting applied pedagogical strategies. * Produce periodic pedagogical progress reports for each student. * Plan and implement specific pedagogical interventions, either in person or via the resource room. * Adapt curriculum content, teaching materials, and assessments according to each student’s profile and needs. * Contribute to the development of specific exams for students requiring greater adaptations, in collaboration with the Pedagogical Coordination, SOEP, and regular teachers. * Continuously assess the academic performance of supported students and propose supportive pedagogical actions. * Record all sessions. * Attend pedagogical meetings, training sessions, and family consultations when requested. * Maintain constant communication with regular teachers, coordination, and other multidisciplinary team professionals. * Refer, when necessary, suggestions for complementary services (e.g., speech therapist, psychologist, neurologist, psychiatrist) to the Pedagogical Coordination and/or SOEP. * Ensure confidentiality, ethics, and empathetic support during all sessions.
